First of all, make sure your property is as clean and tidy as it can be. Before the photoshoot, we will talk on the phone, and I will send you a PDF with instructions on how to prepare the property for photography. If it is decorated make sure curtains are pulled back, cleaning supplies are away, toilet seats are down and decorations are straight.

Approximately 60 minutes to 2 hour depending on the size of the property and requirements. The more bedrooms you have and the more services you require, the longer it takes.

I know you really want to receive your images quickly so my turnaround is 24-36 hours depends of size of property hours, unless otherwise agreed.
